Our tariffsHow it works
nextbike by TIER Navan offers pedal bikes as well as ebikes and e-cargobikes. The operation of the three types differs. Use the filter in your app to search for e-bikes, e-cargobikes or e-cargobike stations.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike on the blue marked streets and at an official station at no extra costs. For €1 extra you can return your bike within the pink zone. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.

Scan QR code with nextbike by TIER app. Pull the lock out from the right side of the rear wheel and place it in the holder on top of the rear wheel.
PARKING MODE
Select 'Park bike' and close the lock. Your trip is still running.
